2. PUERTO RICO REAL ESTATE LICENSE DISCLOSURE

LiBe represents that it operates through appropriately licensed real estate professionals where required by law.

Any brokerage services that require licensure in Puerto Rico shall be conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical obligations governing real estate brokerage activities in Puerto Rico.
