16. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS

17. NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS

Nothing in this Disclosure shall limit or waive any consumer, privacy, data protection, or statutory rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Where local law prohibits any disclaimer or limitation contained herein, such provision shall be limited only to the extent required by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If unresolved, disputes shall proceed to confidential binding arbitration.
Class actions, representative actions, and collective proceedings are waived where legally permissible.
